‘THE 7^th LALIT GOLF CADDIES TOURNAMENT 2013’

New Delhi, April 22^nd, 2013 – The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group, an enterprise of Bharat Hotels Ltd., organized ‘The 7^th Lalit National Caddies Tournament’ at the Noida Golf Course today. This unique golf tournament is organized with the aim of providing excellent exposure and platform to the unrecognized talent in caddies. The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group has successfully conducted these tournaments in Delhi, Srinagar, Nainital and Bangalore.

Over 136 Caddies, from different states across the country participated in The Lalit National Caddies Tournament with immense enthusiasm. The prize distribution was led by Dr. Jyotsna Suri, Chairperson & Managing Director, The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group & Vice President FICCI.

After giving away the prizes, Dr. Suri said “As part of our Corporate Social Responsibility, The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group is glad to organize this event. Caddies are a vital element of Golf and their efforts are commendable. Just like a caddy provides motivation to a player, we take this opportunity to support and motivate them.”

The Group annually organizes ‘The  Lalit National Caddies Tournament’ as a part of the Group’s long term commitment to promote diverse sports, which include Junior Golf, Polo in Drass & Goa, Kabaddi in Bekal, Cycling in Khajuraho & Bekal, Ice Hockey in Leh, Soccer in Goa and Rowing in Srinagar.
