Multiple tectonic plates remit smaller tremor affects to line up tectonic plates were felt from Iran to West -East India had musical chair phenomenon, is feared most dreaded area of tremors along with China region.China tectonic plates are too fragile need global attention to impart training to the people in this high density populated zone. Regions compose of various countries also needs to have conglomerate of continuous study international  conference of hydro-geological,Geological,tectonic studies and high tech regular monitoring with specialized training and awareness campaign to run across this central and SA region which include Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan, China, Pakistan, India, Bhutan,Bangladesh,Myanmar Thailand etc according to their placement on varied tectonic plates.Himalayan,Hindu Kush  region are more vulnerable needs global attention.
  Iranian state TV says at least 40 people have been killed by a major earthquake near the Iran-Pakistan border.Press TV gave no further details on the extent of damage in the sparsely populated areas.But the quake shook buildings as far away as New Delhi and Gulf cities of Dubai and Bahrain.Iran’s seismological center said the 7.5 magnitude earthquake was centered near Saravan, a sparsely populated area about 48 kilometers (26 miles) from the Pakistani border.The US Geological Survey put the preliminary magnitude at 7.8 and at a depth of 15.2 kilometers (nine miles).
At least 34 people were killed while 80 others sustained injuries as a severe earthquake jolted parts of the country including urban centres Karachi, Hyderabad, Quetta, Abbottabad, Islamabad and Lahore, Geo News reported.
According to reports 34 people have been killed in Mashkel in Balochistan while 1,000 homes have been destroyed.A local hospital official said houses in the area caved in, resulting in the death and injuries of residents.Mashkel is around 600 kilometres southwest of Quetta, the main town of Balochistan province, which borders Iran’s Sistan-Baluchestan province.Tremors were felt across Pakistan, India, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman and other areas.
The Met Office said that the intensity of the quake was recorded at 7.8 while the origin was Pakistan-Iran border area.United States Geological Survey (USGS) said the tremor hit at 10:44 GMT at a depth of 15.2 km. The epicenter was in southeast Iran.It was located 201 km (125 miles) southeast of the Iranian city of Zahedan and 250 km northwest of Turbat in Pakistan.
A 7.5-magnitude earthquake hit southeastern Iran on Tuesday, the country’s Seismological Centre reported on its website.The epicentre of the quake, which struck at a depth of 18 kilometers (11 miles), was located about 81 kilometres north of Saravan in the southeastern province of Sistan Baluchistan, it said
People also evacuated shaking buildings in Qatar and Dubai, residents said.
Pakistan Army have begun relief activities in earthquake-hit areas, Inter-Services Public Relation (ISPR) said.
According to the ISPR, helicopters‚ medical staff‚ medicines‚ tents and other goods have been dispatched to the affected areas in Balochistan.It said that 62 wings of Frontier Corps have been directed to leave for quake-hit areas.
India, the tremors shook north India and Gujarat at 4.14 pm pulling panic-stricken people out of their homes and offices, hours after two smaller tremors jolted Assam, Arunachal Pradesh and Odisha, leaving a child dead in a mudsling in Assam.
There were no immediate reports of any damage or casualty in the tremors in India caused by the powerful quake centered near Saravan, a remote and sparsely populated mountainous region area about 48 km from the Pakistani border.
Nuclear plants in Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan remained unaffected by the earthquake, Nalinish Nagaich, Executive Director, Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited (NPCIL) said in Delhi.”I was inside my office in Connaught Place. I felt the chair trembling and rushed out of office,” said Priya Dev, a chartered accountant in Delhi where buildings swayed.
