First International textile and Apparel Fair ‘Vastra 2012’ has begun from today in Jaipur. Chief Minister of Rajasthan Ashok Gehlot inaugurated the 4 days fair. He said that the state government has initiated many steps to create atmosphers of investment in the state.
The best and latest in textiles from fibre to fashion and from infrastructure to technology is being showcased at the exposition.the fair is being jointly organized by Rajasthan State Industrial Development and Investment Corporation (RIICO) and Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI).
It is also supported by Ministry of Textiles and Government of Rajasthan.The Vastra 2012 will provide a platform for market access, exposure to latest technologies, trends and fashions as well as possibilities of new investment in the sector. It will also give an opportunity for networking for new business partners.
Around 170 exhibitors from 60 different countries are participating in the .During the fair Gujarat ,Haryana and Kreala are setting their State Pavilions also .
