Chandrababu Naidu meet the Press before fasting in Delhi

National leader Chandrababu Naidu today  held meet the press in Andhra Bhawan  said  Centre doesn’t seem to understand the extent of the crisis in Andhra Pradesh, the party is hurry to unilaterally declare and impose their decisions on the Telgu people without lending ear to all the stakeholder of the state and has not followed the necessary procedure intentionally, Sonia Gandhi is not such leader who does not understand the interfaces of the problems, in ensuing national election she  play politics to gain all credit for her party.

Naidu further said, Sonia, her  party has tacit understanding with Congress YRS Jagan corroborating voters strength, in turn has overlooked the consensus of all political outfits.On persistent question from the media about what injustice to the state Naidu explained that voice of people of Seemandhra are to be heard, the border issue between the two states which is bone of contention needs to thrashed on priority,clarity on the capital Hyderabad and  youths unemployment are various points to be ponder holistically.
Naidu categorically explained that Congress has not learnt the lesson by creating capriciousness in state of Punjab, J & K, Assam but has not learnt the lesson and Congress makes the same error in this case, he further stressed that leaders of the state needs to be called and must be given the chances to vent out their views.
Naidu said, he is starting an indefinite fast in Delhi to support the demand for a “United Andhra.”
In 2008, he wrote to the centre supporting the movement for statehood for Telangana has taken a line now that his party says he is fighting to protect Seemandhra’s interests, and to oppose what they describe as the Centre’s unilateral decision to divide Andhra Pradesh.
Mr Naidu’s decision to fast in Delhi, away from the cadre of aggressive protests in Seemandhra, is being seen as an attempt to gain credibility give edge to his political rival, Jagan Mohan Reddy, who began a hunger strike in Hyderabad yesterday.
His list of concerns in state is how water, power and revenue will be distributed between the old and new states. Further more the future of the booming economy of IT hub Hyderabad, to be shared capital for 10 years  then belong to Telangana state.
