How Innovation happens in MSME

Walked through the corridors of Engineers for Ground water supply projects in 1976, met SE, who asked my credentials wanted me to explain  Hydro drilling company mechanical venture in its totality which is covered under Civil engineering. Er further asked me to attend his office,on appointed date and on date we exchange of some pleasantries then narrated my qualification.Candidly he said water-supply is less taught subject and drilling thus a part of mechanical engineering is less explored for most of the engineers thus opened up to explain this converging Engineering sub-subject to him

With little hesitation asked for paper to explain the subject which engulfs Geology, Hydrology, Mechanical and auto engineering and air dynamics.
After the brief explanation the Er thanked,promised that company with an educated person background shall get due respect.With piece order coming on the way,works completing with grace he thereon Q the Time duration needed to complete one work of well drilling ,when most of the company asked for 3-6 months my contention was one month.Later he found, my contention was practically and factually correct.He further asked technical specification and way of costing the project viz actual cost. Matters were thrashed out and the invite of tender were restructured.

Thus in Delhi 1976 , it was big time to bring Jhugi Jhopri spread across Delhi to resettle in the varios JJ Cluster and resettlement colonies at outskirts of Delhi under clarion call of Mr Sanjay Gandhiby DDA.For such resettlement water was necessity in process of  the colonies  so developed in the periphery of Delhi.  

Hence now being an established engineering company I was asked to meet CPWD- EE on deputation to DDA to give him timely project for water well in each colony . As an expert MSME met the concerned engineers who offered me if my company can drill 30-35Nos wells of depth of -60M the total well sinking within 60 days.

Being Mission  impossible,the engineering task said its possible if three condition on Award,decision and payment terms  fulfilled as the work advances the total project can be completed with 45-50 days. An engineering project appeared impossible for many counterparts but looked easy for me and news once achieved by me in the corridors of engineers they would found MSME who can work wonders.

With grace of God my efforts to get advance sites and initiate at  preparatory work and take three sites simultaneously working round the month 24X7 feat was accomplished . The project worth twenty lakhs were completed in the stipulated time.

This MSME Visited various sites of various housing society and asked why these dwelling units are not occupied,Municipal water has not reached thus unable to bring the dwellers in. Explained one housing society chief members that Ground water is palatable here thus provide you package to provide water to reach each unit.Even the water pump manufacturers were not sure and their science was not applied one and once the services was provided to three housing society our MSME became instant success.
Thus when walked across the government departments the officials not only respected our MSME company but made our paper run faster.Thus the MSME has wider role to play in our various business activities if people understand your merit or otherwise dump them in lurch.
