Supreme Court in its judgment of July02, 2013 admitted to Price of Land Acquisition Notified in 22-03-2003 for Phase-II to be as low as Rs,1,75,000 per acre but HSIIDC retailed it for Rs.77,54,34,189 per acre on 11-09-2010 and earlier bulk purchase price on 30-06-2006 was Rs.68.61 Crores Per acre for Ex-P6.

SC didn’t consider Rs.68 crore deposited in Bank would have been worth Rs.90 crores and invested in stock Market would have been say Rs.200 crores.

This Is 7000 TIMES Notified Price – Farmers Were Illegally Denied Capitalization Of Their Wealth and Ancestral Property.

HSIIDC in 2008 allotted 600 acres of land to Maruti Udyog at Rs.19,00,000 / acre.

Such a situation arise when Firstly Farmers are not able to Hire ‘COMPETENT ADVOCATE’ and Secondly ‘Advocates They Engage Are Batting For Corporate.’

As Collector Notification of 22.7.2003 There Was Big DISCRIMINATION Within Village and Source of MEGA Corruption. Land value is Notified between Rs.1,75,000 to Rs.10,00,000 to DIVIDE farmers or Landowners.

SC also didn’t Consider That Farmers Can Themselves Offer LandTo Industry or Cut Plots For Commercial Purpose or Set Up Own Industry To ADD VALUE TO THEIR LAND HOLDINGS BUT NOT ALLOWED. 
                                                                             
SC also didn’t Consider Maruti Udyog is Producing Cars for All Indians & For Exports – Why Should Few Villages Subsidize Maruti Udyog?

Why Can’t Indians SUBSIDIZE LAND FOR INDUSTRIES & SEZs?
