Two categories of computers,THE DISPUTE SHOULD END:

THE DISPUTE SHOULD END:
There are two categories of computers out there in the `Intelligent Field`… Quantum Computers and Classsical computers…
The universe as a whole can be considered as a Quantum computer.
One may ask the question ..`But what does the Universe compute ?.`.The Scientist Seth Llyod gives the answer : “ It computes its own behaviour. At first the patterns it produces are simple, but as it processes more and more information, it produces more intricate and complex patterns – on the physical side giving rise to galaxies, stars, and planets, while on the human side, producing life, language, human beings, society and culture.“
The computers created by Conscious Intelligent life .. such as human beings are called classical computers … examples ..manufacturing machines.. trains … planes … bombs… and actual computers etc etc.
Scientists are of the view that a classical computer cannot simulate a quantum mechanical system, so the Universe being quantum mechanical , cannot be considered a classical computer, and can only be a quantum computer.
My own idea is that all this happens in a field, and when sufficient information is accumulated in the field, it becomes an `Intelligent Field`, where the Intelligence in the field keeps increasing all the time, and this intelligence like that of an `Infinite Mind` is focussed on creating biochemistries suitable for creating awarenesses and consciousnesses etc to understand itself. Hence that portion of the computation which the universe does, which is attributed to the intelligence of the Intelligent Field is not completely in the domain of `quantum computation` … to some extent it could even be called `classical computation`.
It could also be that the Intelligent Field is itself a product of simulation which then simulates the universe?. and it goes on and on …step by step…trillions and trillions of intermediate steps, through trillions of years and countless eons of the universe. And with each simulation the complexities increase. It must have been very very very simple in the very very very beginning. A universe from nothing at all. It could be that we the human beings are an `Intermediate step`.
This viewpoint also encapsulates the Anthropic Principle and explains what happens when a new eon of the universe is created…. “All the information is available in the field…. all the constants of nature are already known to the Intelligence in the Field , its just the `switching on` that is needed. “
Whether to call it as `Intelligent Field` ..or an `Infinite Mind` … or `God` is of course just a matter of taste. The Theists can call it `God` or `Allah` or `Bhagwan` whatever , and the Atheists should be happy to call it as `IF` or `IM` whatever.
THE DISPUTE SHOULD END.

UN Security Council Press Statement on Nuclear Test Conducted by Democratic People’s Republic of Korea

The members of the Security Council held urgent consultations to address the serious situation arising from the nuclear test conducted by the DPRK [Democratic People’s Republic of Korea] on January 6, 2016.
The members of the Security Council strongly condemned this test, which is a clear violation of Security Council resolutions 1718 (2006), 1874 (2009), 2087 (2013), and 2094 (2013) and of the non-proliferation regime, and therefore a clear threat to international peace and security continues to exist.
The members of the Security Council also recalled that they have previously expressed their determination to take “further significant measures” in the event of another DPRK nuclear test, and in line with this commitment and the gravity of this violation, the members of the Security Council will begin to work immediately on such measures in a new Security Council resolution.

Secretary-General ‘Unequivocally’ Condemns Nuclear Step Announced by Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, Demands End to Tests

The underground nuclear test announced by the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) on 6 January is deeply troubling. This test once again violates numerous Security Council resolutions despite the united call by the international community to cease such activities. It is also a grave contravention of the international norm against nuclear testing.
This act is profoundly destabilizing for regional security and seriously undermines international non-proliferation efforts. I condemn it unequivocally. I demand the DPRK cease any further nuclear activities and meet its obligations for verifiable denuclearization.
We are monitoring and assessing developments in close coordination with the concerned international organizations — including the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organization — and interested parties.

Recommendation to adopt ILO proposals

Cabinet approves Recommendation to adopt ILO proposals for Transition from the informal into Formal Economy
The Indian Union Cabinet under the Chairmanship of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi on 6th December 2015 has approved the proposal for placing the new Instrument adopted by International Labour Organization’s (ILO) recommendations concerning ‘The Transition from the Informal to the Formal Economy (No.204)’ before the Parliament.
The International Labour Conference of ILO at its 104th Session held in Geneva in June 2015 adopted the above recommendation. Its adoption was supported by India , represented at the Session by the Union Minister of State for Labour & Employment.
Under Article 19 of the ILO Constitution, each Member State of the ILO is required to submit the instruments adopted by the Conference before the competent authority (the Parliament in case of India ) within a period of one year from the closing session of the Conference.
Under the recommendation the member state will have to facilitate the transition of workers and economic units from the informal to the formal economy while respecting workers’ fundamental rights and promote creation, preservation and sustainability of enterprises and jobs in the formal economy.
There is no financial implication on India in adopting the ILO Recommendation, which is applicable to all workers in the country which ratifies the instrument.
