India spent Rs.20,00,000 Cr on Power Sector in last 5 years, Yet it isWeak, Substandard and Inefficient and Polluting.
I HAD OFFERED TO IMPROVE TRANSMISSION & DISTRIBUTION OF POWER, HYDRO POWER, ENERGY EFFICIENCY PROJECTS SINCE 1980. INDIA WOULD HAVE GAINED $TRILLIONS.
India is practically ZERO in TECHNOLOGY & IPR – last night it was disclosed at NewsX that CHINA wanted Indian Telecom technology in 1983 which India refused – Today CHINA manufactures all the Technologies and supply Manufactured Goods at a fraction of cost.
Vikas Ayog or Development Ayog will INVENT, DESIGN, MONITOR & IMPLEMENT Worlds Most Efficient Project at Twice the Speed and 50% to 90% less cost. Some Projects which could not be Implemented in 3-5 decades shall be implemented in 1-2 years.
When I met Dy Chairman of Planning Commission of Pakistan, Salman Farukui in 2008 told him – ‘If Pakistan Let India Build 20 BCM Dam Storage in Kashmir, Pakistan Will Get 30 BCM Regulated Water Free, Silt Shall Be Captured In India and Life of Pakistan Dams shall go up by 200 years Free, Hydro Power Generation Shall go up 30% Free, 10 million Hectares of Fertile Land will get Flood Protection Free’and in end told him Pakistan has too little Dam Storage would someday get Massive Floods – He instantly agreed with my one paragraph observation.
