Reliance Jio misleads Mobile of 2G in for the 4G market
Reliance Jio practice to offer 2G phones to be used with 4G browsing and features misleading immediately need stop selling in the market by telecom ministry as this leads to mal practice of spurious quality products in disguise of 4G features, cannot be accommodated in simple feature mobile in range of thousands rupees as illustrated with photo.
Reliance Jio earlier scheme is doing well as per their plan. The current plan need their product and service careful study by the company and experts that company claims are not against market norms. Rel Jio,the mobile are being marketed not in retail selling but in cash transaction in hush hush, need through probe so that the reputation of the company in making fast buck may hamper its earlier scheme double loss to customers.
In telecom services of 4G, mobile browsing 2G to 4G can be used if any new such innovation has brandished the same need right terms of expression, explanation.
The Telecom ministry in such instance need to take prompt action to save customers from this manipulative nature of marketing.
Any branded products is launched it needs to voice it’s crystal clear plan with quality of mobile and range of features the mobile is composed of but in this case hush hush by spread of words not to sell in retail with specific cash transaction appears unhealthy. The company free for all carrying it’s unfair, irrational and unethical trends specially for brands of Reliance to enter market in sneak before it speak is trade deficit towards its customers.
Migrants Abandon Dream of New Life to Fly Home
Thousands of African migrants facing rape, torture and extortion in Libyan detention centres are abandoning hopes of reaching Europe and instead queueing up to take charter flights back home under a scheme set up by the United Nations.
Nearly 10,000 migrants have accepted the offer of repatriation flights from Libya this year, outstripping expectations, partly because coastguard patrols have made it more difficult to cross the Mediterranean.
“We are targeting flights home for up to 12,000 migrants this year, after only about 2,000 last year,” Federico Soda, of the International Organisation for Migration (IOM), a UN agency, said.
About one million illegal migrants are believed to be in Libya, which was a magnet for foreign workers before the overthrow of Colonel Gaddafi in 2011.
Many migrants from sub-Saharan Africa travel to the country in the hope of getting a boat to Europe but they are often seized by militia and put in detention camps where they are beaten, starved and tortured until they ask relatives to send funds for their release. Of those who made it on to boats in an attempt to reach Italy, about 2,700 drowned this year.
After gaining access to camps, the IOM’s staff organised flights to 29 countries, with five planned this week. Nigeria is the most popular destination, with more than 4,000 migrants taking up the offer to fly there. In total about 5,000 migrants have also received funding for work once they get home.
Quentino, who gave only his first name, from Guinea-Bissau, accepted a flight after three failed attempts to sail to Europe. He has now set up a tailoring business that employs other migrants who have returned home. “I think it’s good I came back,” he said. “If I had tried again, maybe I would have died.”
Leonard Doyle, a spokesman for IOM, said: “It’s a dignified return since many get a small grant and by the time they have gone through their travels they are a lot more entrepreneurial and often ready to set up businesses.”
Another migrant, Debbie, flew back to Nigeria to set up a clothing company after she was locked up in Libya with her twin baby sons, one of whom died. “I met lots of Nigerians in Libya who said it was not easy to come and not easy to leave,” she said.
Mr Doyle dismissed criticism that his agency was sending migrants back home to poverty instead of focusing on allowing them to reach Europe.
“These people are grabbed off the bus by criminal gangs in Libya and often thrown into detention and tortured,” he said. “But that is just the start. There’s a ghastly food chain of exploitation which will continue even if they make it to Europe,” he added, citing the thousands of migrants working for very low wages on Italian farms.
“No one is blaming them for travelling, but we want it to be safe and secure and not run by criminal gangs,” he said.

Delhi AAP Protest Anti Demonetization

CSE, TERI Corrupt, Incompetent NGT Polluted Punjab to Bihar
Researchers View only :
November08, 2017 (C) Ravinder Singh progressindia2015@gmail.com
CSE & TERI had virtually Looted $billions of Foreign Aid in 40 years and always misled GOI and People and Civil Society. As given in the picture More Than 50% or 650m People in India are severely affected by Polluted air. One of my Campaign to reduce GHG or Produce Clean Energy equivalent to 3 Billion tones of GHG of September11, 2014 is annexed. Two years ago I filed PIL in NGT on Oct.19, 2015 which was twice rejected on Procedural grounds as WIPO Awarded inventor and Power Expert was trained in BTPS in 1975. Clean Generation in NR on 6th November was only 19% – could have been 100%.
– :Subject & Executive Summary Of PIL: –
1. India Has 2.4% Land, Now Produce 7% Emissions, May Emit 15% GHG 2030,
2. Present Consumption of Coal 4 Times Oil 3 Times Gas 5 Times Up Since 1990
3. Most Polluting Energy Coal Oil Gas Biomass Burning Accounts for 97% GHG Emissions; Hydro, Nuclear, Wind, Solar, Geothermal Energy Share is Just 2.9%
4. ENERGY IMPORTS IN 1990 WERE 11.8% BUT IN 2012 WERE UP TO 57.2%.
5. Energy Cost $400b or More Than $400b Annual India Household Expenditure.
6. World GDP expanded from $22t to $77t, GHG emissions of all 43 Annexure 1 Countries decreased by 10.6%, 16.2% including LULUCF in 1990 to 2012,
7. Economies in Transition EIT [like India] decreased by 38.1% and 49.7%.
8. Non EIT Countries or Developed Countries including USA, GHG Emissions on average increased by only 1.3% & 0.3% respectively in 22 years.
9. GoI IGNORED BIGGEST GHG EMITTERS Transport, Power, Biomass Burning, Low Priority to CLEANEST Railways, Multi-Purpose Hydro, SolarPV, E. Efficiency.
10. $1 Daily Per Capita Expenditure – Daily Per Capita Emissions 6.6 Kg GHG.
Mischief of CSE & TERI is that Poor Air Quality is TOLD To Us as a Delhi Problem only, When it is a ‘CRITICAL ENVIRONMENT CHALLENGE’ AS ‘WORSE AS RIVERS POLLUTION’. Solution to both Air & Water Quality lies in building MULTI-PURPOSE Dams which shall also PREVENT FLOODS to 40m HECTARES, PROVIDE CLEAN WATER FOR IRRIGATION & DRINKING WATER as PRIMARY MULTI-PURPOSE BENEFITS. But CSE, TERI and NGT had Sabotage NATURE’S GIFT TO INDIA.
NR Electricity Used 865 MU – Clean Generation 164 MU [19%]
Northern Region has over 60,000 MW Hydro Power Potential in Uttarakhand, HP and J&K and 50% of 80,000 MW in Nepal or 40,000 MW – 100,000 MW.
It is horrendous out of 100,000 MW only 19,702 MW is installed, but only 4032 MW are Multipurpose Storage Dams, i.e. Bhakra 1325 MW, Pong 396 MW, Ranjit Sagar 600 MW, Tehri 1000 MW, Rihand 300 MW, JS 99 MW, MB 140, RPS 172 MW rest are LAME DUCK Run Of River Type.
NGT Grossly Incompetent
1. NGT Banned Diesel Generators which are Primarily Standby for Offices, Hotels & Luxury Homes – Unsound Decision or Temporary connections When NGT ought to have directed DISCOMS to provide Temporary connections IMMEDIATELY without security or high tariff.
2. NGT Sabotaged Multi-purpose Storage Dams – to provide additional Canal Irrigation, Reduce Tube-well use, Subsidies SPRINKLER Irrigation to capture Dust Particles. Farmers may be burning Paddy Stubble in one farm – four farms run SPRINKLERS to capture more DUST than by burning.
3. Dams on Yamuna could DOUBLE water availability – Would make it possible to Clean Roads Once or Twice a Week, or Install Rooftop Sprinkler to Create ‘Artificial Rain for 1-2 hours every day in Worst Pollution Hours.’
4. Early Paddy Planting would have spread the daily harvest of paddy by half.
5. 165m Sugar Cane processing in 140 days too cause air pollution like about 0.5m tones of Coal Burnt per day.
6. Northern Region Punjab to Bihar 6 States add up to only 16% area but produces 50% of Foods – Sugarcane, Food Grains & Milk in India or 4 Times in Per Acre Production.
7. Introduction of 10,000 New Buses for Public Transport including Electric Trolley Buses, 1,00,000 Each of Application based Cars and Autos, 100,000 Ten Seat Capacity E-Rickshaws Charging Rs.5 Flat per person etc could reduce Pollution.
8. Reduce Daily Petrol & Diesel sale by 50% – introduce Fuel Ration.
9. Ban Entry of RAW FRUITS & VEGETABLES – Enforce Hygiene Standards at State Borders.
10. 100% Coverage of 24X7 water Supply, 100% Sewage System & Sewage Treatment.
11. Time Bound Completion of RAILWAY FREIGHT CORRIDORS – DOUBLE PASSENGER TRAIN SEATING CAPACITY.
